Jamie believes that living a healthy, positive and active life will bring internal happiness. Through Barre she gets to encourage this, having an upbeat, positive place for her students to grow stronger. Jamie has always had a passion for fitness and health. Jamie has a strong background in dance, cheer, fitness and health coaching. Her specialities include classical ballet, cheerleading, boot camp-style coaching and barre classes. She is a military veteran, having served her country as a member of the Army.
She has a heartfelt mission to help everyone become successful with their exercise goals regardless of their age, starting fitness condition or limitations. She truly cares and does so with enormous enthusiasm and warmth. She loves helping people achieve fitness goals on their journey to a healthier way of living.
Jamie keeps busy and grounded with 5 beautiful children, two dogs, and a great husband. It’s busy and full of laughs.
