Being open to new adventures and trusting her heart has ultimately lead Ginger to her life’s true path. Ginger started working in water ski shows at the age of 12. After 11 years of performing in shows around the world she married and started a family.
In 2008 Ginger found her way back into the professional world of athletics and fitness when she and her husband opened CrossFit Georgetown, a strength and conditioning gym. While Ginger had practiced yoga sporadically throughout her life, she fully dedicated herself to her practice of yoga and meditation when she found it to be a perfect yin balance to CrossFit’s yang energy.
In 2014, Ginger completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training through School Yoga Institute, with a focus on meditative healing and holistic cleansing in Troncones, Mexico. Then in the summer of 2016, she furthered her training by completing a 300-hr YTT in Peru through Kula Collective, during which she deepened her experience and education in anatomy, Ayurveda and the world of energy healing.
Ginger is a certified E-200 / 500 RYT with Yoga Alliance, level 3 Reiki practitioner, Thai Bodywork practitioner, and loves to incorporate strong breathwork, creative sequencing, and personal empowerment into her yoga classes and workshops. She believes in creating a sacred space for class, making her students feel valued through heartfelt connections, mindful, hands-on adjustments, and teaching through the lens of love and respect.
Carolyn Cummins has been practicing yoga since 2006 and has become passionate about the healing qualities and health benefits of yoga. Carolyn knew early in her yoga journey that she wanted to share the yoga and teach some day. She is a certified teacher in Bikram yoga, Yin yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Aerial yoga. She is also Yoga Alliance RYT 200hr certified, a level 2 member of the Original Hot Yoga Association and a certified MELT Method Instructor. She teaches the Hot 26 (Bikram yoga), Yin yoga, Vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga, MELT Method and various workshops. She has taught and led workshops throughout Texas and previously owned a hot yoga studio in The Colony, Texas.
Yoga has become something more than a task or exercise routine to Carolyn, it is part of who she is. She teaches the Inferno Hot Pilates Class.
"Each day brings new challenges, 100% effort in class provides for 100% effort towards improving myself."
Kristi was born and raised in Central Texas. She discovered yoga while in college and used it to relax/get exercise. After receiving her BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University in May of 2002, she went to work for Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Senior. In September of 2002, the stress of the job lead her to Bikram yoga and her journey began. She stayed with Deloitte for her two-year contract, but she attended yoga once or even twice a day as she studied under the owner of the studio. At the end of her contract, she left for 31 days to study under Jimmy Barkan in Fort Lauderdale, FL. After obtaining her Level 1 Barkan yoga certification, she moved to Austin to live with her fiancé. During the past 12 years, Kristi has obtained her Level II, Level III and pre/post-natal yoga certifications from Jimmy. She has also taught a Hot Vinyasa flow at 24 hour fitness and Lifetime Fitness. She currently resides in Georgetown and is married with 3 sweet kids: Colton – 10, Blaine – 8 and Payton – 4.
"The more I practice Yoga, the more I become the person I am destined to be. Yoga has taught me compassion for myself and others, not to take life too seriously, and to be present, because we never know what tomorrow may bring.” KD
Practicing yoga since 2002, undergoing teacher training in Hatha Yoga in 2013, and teaching as a RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance since 2014, Kristin has been guided by teachers including Mary Bastein, Jennifer Reuter, Monica Ross, and Penny Gregorio. In November 2013, she received her 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certificate from Open Space Yoga Hawaii. Recently, Kristin completed a 30-hour training on yoga philosophy through Yoga Revolutionaries and the Teacher Training program through the Lineage Project in NYC. You can expect the unexpected in Kristin’s classes which are both challenging and light-hearted. She aids her students to see the deeper connection between the physical practice and the true practice of yoga – that which occurs off the mat. She deeply cares about the well-being and health of her students which motivates her to continue her yogic education.
When she’s not at teaching yoga, you'll likely find Kristin spending time with the loves of her life, her husband and three dogs. Kristin loves finding new ways to challenge herself and has recently taken up bodybuilding. She is passionate about her community and helping others through her work at Williamson County Juvenile Services.
Cassie believes that practicing yoga is a joyfully transformative experience and she loves being a guide for yogis on their journeys. She began practicing in 2014 and was blessed to learn from knowledgeable and compassionate teachers, who lead classes that challenged her mind and body and restored her spirit. Inspired by these mentors, Cassie became an RYT 200 with a certification in Hatha Flow so that she could share her knowledge and passion for yoga with others. She is drawn to powerful flow practices, but deeply values the balance of yin and yang. Cassie loves holding space for yogis of all experience levels to play, flow, and grow.
Jana began yoga to work through chronic pain. “The invisible pain that robbed me of so much in life became something I needed to get to know in order to conquer. Spending time on my mat concentrating on the discomfort gave me control of it being there instead of being it’s victim. Eventually, I found more and more movement that helped me get to a healthy place where I can enjoy exercise. Not to say that it all went away, but coping in this way changed how I live with it! Helping others learn to look as intently into their internal mirror as they do the external one to get to know who they are beyond the physical self is my passion.”
Jana completed 200 hour yoga teacher training and is also certified in aerial yoga. She also teaches preschool and lives in Georgetown with her husband, who is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, and their 3 boys who love to practice with her!
