Classes We Offer
Our instructors come from diverse backgrounds and bring with them training and expertise in many areas of Health and Wellness.
Heated Vinyasa Flow Class
Each instructor choreographs a particular series of breath work and movement for each class, so you'll never get the same class twice. Many of our classes are accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike; however, we invite students to select the class that best meets their needs. Our instructors are happy to assist students in modifying postures to accommodate illness, injury, or lack of mobility however we cannot accommodate large amounts of individual attention in a group class setting. Flow classes are open to beginners & generally designed to provide a great full body experience every class will help build your capacity for balance, strength & flexibility. We do have instructors excited to work with you individually & teach you how to modify your practice to accommodate your specific needs.
Yoga Sculpt Class
When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
Yin Yoga Class
A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
Inferno Hot Pilates Class
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout.
Barre Class is a one hour full body workout that fuses the best elements of ballet, pilates, sports conditioning and stretching for a truly unique and fun experience. The moves are low impact but high intensity intervals of strength training followed immediately by deep recovery stretching.
